I don't think yate 1.1 can be added to Debian Etch at this time, since
Debian Etch is in soft freeze and there are no release-critical bugs
reported to yate 1.0.0-1.dfsg-2.

Btw, there is an problem with the audio in Yate 1.1. The first couple of 
seconds of each call from the caller to callee is garbled.
