asterisk 1.4 package status

Hi

A status report and some questions:

Generally the package builds. The main issue to work around now is that
it tries to download some sound files at the install phase. This will
require some patching.

Before I do that, I'm working on the build requirements. I've added a
number of build dependencies, and asterisk now build a number of extra
modules.

Missing modules:

* gtk and kde consoles. Anybody cares?
* chan_nbs (network broadcast server). Any matching Debian package?
* chan_pvb (Voicetronix cards?)
* chan_misdn: the version of misdn in Etch does not seem to fit.
* chan_h323: ditto.
* chan_zap: I need to see if we can persuade our current zaptel 1.2 to
             mock up as zaptel 1.4 and if this is safe.
* osptk: seems to come from http://www.transnexus.com/ . Depends on
         openssl.

Could the resident misdn and openh323 gurus take a look?
