It will. It may or may not have firmware for the Ocastic echo canceller,
which is an optional component of the card. And can be provided in a
separate package.

I'll make such a firmware package if I know that it indeed should go
into non-free. (currently we already have a package called xpp-firmware.
I wish to avoid unnecessary renames).
