Hi Kai,

That was my bad upload..

I started uploaded, aborted after those two were uploadloaded, changed the 
Debian/changelog, rebuilt and then reuploaded.

Of course the size on the old were not the same listed in the .dsc file.  So 
ftp-master deleted those.  Then I uploaded the correct and the rest as they 
say is history with sofia-sip 1.12.3 now in the archive...
