Bug#393637: libexosip2-dev: missing dependency on libosip2-dev

Hi,

libexosip2-dev only depends on libexosip2-5. I think it should also depend (or at least recommends) on 
libosip2-dev to work out of the box since all headers in /usr/include/eXosip2 are including files from libosip2-dev.
