Hi,

as seen on packages.debian.org, the ser-jabber-module package is
currently empty on arm.

For some reason, the buildd log isn't visible on buildd.debian.org,
but this is probably the same problem that openser-jabber-module
recently had, #390005. The actual cause is a bug in gcc, #390694.
