Bug#394122: Please package bristuff 0.3.0PREu

BRIstuff 0.3.0PREs has a number of irritating problems, including one 
which results in one-way audio at our installation.  The Junghanns 
people claim that 0.3.0PREt and 0.3.0PREu (both released a few hours 
ago) should fix these issues.  t is against 1.2.12.1, u is against 1.2.13.
