Bug#386052: zaptel-source: Cannot initiate a call to BRI

I am not able to initiate a call into an ISDN line from an asterisk
phone using (v)zaphfc. It is possible to initiate a call from ISDN 
into asterisk without any problems. (of course) it worked with
zaptel-versions < 1.2.7. 

Problem appears with
linux-image-2.6.15-1-486 2.6.15-8
as well as with
linux-image-2.6.17-2-486 2.6.17-8

Used configurations (working in TE mode to German euroisdn):
