Sorry, I do not understand your point. Why duplicate the binary
packages in non-free?

Sorry, I do not understand your question. A source package must contain
all source required to build the binary package(s).


Is it only loose speculations, or do you actually think in terms of
concrete Debian packaging logic?

I don't mean to be rude. Just want to know if you honestly want to be
educated or looking at Debian and its opinions definition of "free" from
further away.
