Sorry I haven't looked at the lintian stuff yet. A couple of other things I
noticed:

1. If you upgrade/reinstall op-panel, it overwrites the alternatives of
freepbx-panel.

2. installing with a mysql database doesn't work properly. I got it working by
fixing things by hand, but it needs some attention before it can be uploaded.
