I've injected a package. 

Some needed work:

* I have a pending patch on Asterisk::Manager which needs to be fed to
  upstream or get thrown away.
* Use dpatch for anything else.
* Will that package pass the a license inspection? e.g: nocopyright 
  statements on separate files.

The package should hopefully get into CPAN soon.
