Hi,

as seen packages.debian.org [1], the openser-jabber-module
is empty on arm. 

This seems to be a toolchain problem. From the build log:

 tree234.c: In function 'delpos234_internal':
 tree234.c:927: fatal error: internal consistency failure
 compilation terminated.
 Preprocessed source stored into /tmp/cc8xCbIZ.out file, please attach this to your bugreport.
 make[2]: *** [tree234.o] Error 1
