Error installing zaptel 1.2 and 1.4

Hi,

On a machine with the testing distribution, I get these errors installing
both the packages zaptel 1.2 and 1.4 from pkg-voip.buildserver.net:

Setting up zaptel (1:1.4.4~dfsg-2~etch.3851) ...
Error in `/usr/share/doc-base/zaptel', line 9: `Index' value missing for format html
dpkg: error processing zaptel (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 zaptel
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Any ideia if this is a bug with the current packages?
