No objections. Will do that once I see the NEW unless Mark outperforms
me on the commit. ;)

So far we've had mostly Tzafrir put it into shape and yell a RFS at us.
From there we'd just recompile and upload, so either of the DDs will do
that when it's considered "ready".

It's "rate-engine" as Mark already pointed out. Yet, it has been more
than a trivial fix last time I looked.

Sure, that's why it's team maintained. But I've just fixed that myself.

Well, there was objections to upload it some long time ago. From there I
remember Tzafrir told me it was kinda ready for upload. I'm not really
sure what the current state is, so I guess he might be able to comment
on this better than me. If it's ready, let's put it into NEW.
