Asterisk 1.4.10.1 is here.

I also removed from the build requirements gtk. I am not aware of
anybody actually using the gtk console. Using it is not entriely
trivial, given that Asterik boxes tend not to have an X server.

And it's not such a grand hit.

What I wonder if it shouldn't be actively deleted, incase it got
accidentally built. 

I don't want to start messing with menuselect configuration becaus that 
would require an exact list of modules we wish to disable. I prefer to 
save that voodoo for times it would be actually needed (or for local 
tricks of the builder).
