This is my fault.
I added Replaces/Conflicts for stable's version.
We have Asterisk 1.2 in testing and I thought we had libpri 1.2 as well.

Obviously, I was wrong and libpri1.2 v1.4 managed to get in and we
didn't conflict with it.

I'll fix it ASAP.
