asterisk-perl - libasterisk-agi-perl

Hi :)

libastersik-agi-perl is already at the SVN,
I inject and tag the current version (0.9-1) with no changes, and update
to the new upstream version(0.10) with the maintainer field set to voip
group.

I see that asterisk-perl is also updated, maybe we can merge some
changes from the two packages?, asterisk-perl's description seens
better.
also IMHO the name should be stay as 'libasterisk-agi-perl' to complain
with the Debian Perl policy [0].
and it will avoid changing the name for the package at the archive
