nope. It breaks down to:
"Too young, only 2 of 10 days old"
as the urgency was set to "low" which translates into 10 days in accordance with
http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/ch-pkgs.en.html, 
"5.13.2 Updates from unstable". Unless an RM decides to override this
with a hint for britney, it'll thus still take a week to migrate.


According to http://people.debian.org/~igloo/status.php?package=libpri
it was built and installed on all arches (same as "rmadison libpri1.0"
tells) except mips (where it's only built, but not yet uploaded), so it
should be fine to migrate once the timeout has expired.
