uw-imap and asterisk

Nothing is wrong with the target. The source is the problem: Upstream
removed the source recently.

I have now temorarily pointed to a different location in SVN. So try
again...!

It is some 40 hours since my last sleep and I need to be clear in my
head tomorrow for a meeting, so please do not tempt me with IRC - it
absorbs too much time too easily.
