Package: op-panel
Version: 0.26.dfsg-5
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 12.5

The package should include a whole copy of the different licenses in the
copyright file unless it can be fount in /usr/share/common-licenses. But
even in
that case it has to include the license statements.
