This is a release-critical bug that needs to be resolved for etch.  As a new
upstream version with extensive changes unrelated to this fix, the package
you uploaded is not suitable for a freeze exception.  Please prepare a fix
for destar 0.2.0 that's in testing, and upload it to
testing-proposed-updates if you want destar to be shipped with etch.
