Asterisk new release (1.4)

There are some packages in the experimental branch. They basically work.
I currently have to focus on 1.2, though.

Anybody interested in the 1.4 packages: use svn-buildpackage from the
experimental branches of zaptel, libpri and Asterisk and report bugs.
