It hasn't been uploaded to NEW so far. There was some more
considerations what needs to be "fixed" before we could do that, yet I
don't remember the current status off hand.

Tzafrir, can we go ahead and upload this one into Debian now? Some more
fixes to come or everything ready? I don't recall any reports for the
packs shipped through pkg-voip.buildserver.net, so they should be ok if
not flawed by some license or so.
