It was empty, but I removed it by accident. ;-(

Basically it is a tool so the users can locate our svn repo.

We have been telling a few of our users things are fixed in svn, but don't make it easy for them to find.

This is a proposed change to the developers reference:

And it also show up in the Package Tracking System.
