Bug#431859: zaptel-source doesn't build zaphfc and vzaphfc modules

Package: zaptel-source
Version: 1:1.4.1~dfsg-3

When building the package with module-assistant the zaphfc and vzaphfc 
modules aren't build, although (at least) the subdir vzaphfc exists.
Manually building inside that subdir fails with "‘ZT_FLAG_BRIDCHAN’ 
undeclared".

I'm using lenny: Linux version 2.6.18-4-686 (Debian 2.6.18.dfsg.1-12) 
(waldi at debian.org) (gcc version 4.1.2 20061115 (prerelease) (Debian 
4.1.1-21)) #1 SMP Mon Mar 26 17:17:36 UTC 2007
