libpri 1.4.1

Hi

I've just commited an updated to use libpri 1.4.1 .

Kilian: I saw you initially used the 'make clean' fix lintian has
suggested in Asterisk but then reverted it. Why is that?

There are still complaints about "package name doesn't match so name".

I also need to see if the new Asterisk 1.4.7 can build with an older
libpri.
