zaptel1.2, libpri1.2

Hi

Is there still a will for zaptel1.2 and asterisk1.2 packages?

zaptel1.2 is basically ready. Likewise libpri1.2 . I'll check
asterisk1.2 again tonight - it will probably take a small iteration.

I will then keep updating zaptel1.2 as I have commited in upstream svn
some of the makefile patches of the zaptel patches, and I'd like to get
rid of those patches.
