libpri1.2 has existed before. That's why we need to put the "old"
version with an epoch to overcome the libpri1.2 >= 1.4.x...
This change has sit quite some time in SVN already and I've just fixed
the script to actually save this epoch to the snapshots packs (rather
than just eating it) this afternoon.
So, from now on the new packs should build just fine and finally go
through into the public archive.
