you must not revert it back to libpri1.2 for the obvious reason that
it'll clash namespaces in buildserver.net's dak. Thus, if we want an
asterisk1.2 finally, we need to make sure these two can coexist. In that
case we should rather move forward to a libpri1.4 instead of libpri1...
