The issue is:

libzrtpcpp-0.9-0

But twinkle states a dependency against libzrtpcpp-0.9-0 (>= 0.9-4)

But it doesn't enforce :-(

ii  libzrtpcpp-0.9-0             0.9.0-2                      ccrtp extension for zrtp/Zfone support
ii  twinkle                      1:1.0.1-1                    Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) SIP Phone

As I got the dependency wrong.  It should be libzrtpcpp-0.9-0 (>= 0.9.0-4)

Fortunatly I'm also the maintainer for libzrtpcpp-0.9-0, so I can upload.

There is also a new upstream release of twinkle, so hopefully we should 
have this resolved today..
