Bug#359823: Please use oRTP version numbers

Can you please still use the oRTP library version number, instead of
the linphone version number?
It is very confusing. It took some digging to discover that version
0.12.0 of oRTP is contained in libortp5_1.5.1-1_i386.deb
http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/linphone/ortp/sources/
