Actually, since the B-D are not all available, there's no "real" FTBFS,
the package isn't even tried. By patching and building it, porters can
then get all the needed B-D for other packages, and do their jobs: try
to build them, and report proper FTBFS with attached patch.

Please take your time, you can take some days to upload it. By having a
look at the date when this bug was reported, I just thought that you
might have been busy elsewhere, and that's why I proposed to do the job
by porter-NMUing your package, so that you can focus on your primary
tasks. But yes, a fixed package in the next days would be appreciated.
