This is a hangover from the original astdatadir patch.

With this patch it tries to use /var/run for pid files, which isn't what we want.

So this patch seems to clean it up.

Agreed..

This commit moves dh_install init from arch-independent to arch-dependant, which
is where debian/asterisk.init can be picked up.

Previously the asterisk.init file wasn't installed into /etc/init.d/asterisk.
