package for asterisk-gui

asterisk-gui is Digium's new web interface for Asterisk 1.4.
I decided to package it as a separate package as it is maintained as a
separate subversion component in svn.digium.com.

There has been no release yet, and thus I used a svn snapshow of today.
It is already functional and part of the AsteriskNow beta.

There are some potential trademark issues, and the sysinfo script does
not work correctly yet (if it should. I'm not sure). But basically it
works.
