ITPing callweaver dependencies

hi,

I've ITPed libsupertone, libmfcr2 and libunicall, CallWeaver's Unicall
channels depend on them. I'll upload them to experimental since they
depend on the latest spandsp code, which is in such distribution, until
the asterisk-spandsp-plugins becomes compatible with it.

libsupertone is almost ready, I'm waiting for my pbuilder update to
experimental gets complete.
