sofia-sip-1.12.6 ready for upload

no problem, thanks for the upload! :)

I guess some "pull" is generated for the new release now that 
Telepathy-SofiaSIP [1], a SIP plugin to the Telepathy framework [2], is 
available. I believe it's packaged for Debian by pkg-telepathy [3].

Another small app that might be useful in Debian is sofsip-cli, our 
console-mode testing app [4]. But, but, as this is by far not the first 
nor only text-mode SIP client available (linphonec, etc), I'm not sure if 
it makes sense to add it to pkg-voip. It has some IM and presence 
support, etc that are nice to have for SIP testing... but it really is 
most useful as a testing tool. Oh well, what do you think?
