hmm, have thought about that, but I'd wish to keep it separate. It differs 
from the main package in many respects: licensing (libreadline basicly 
makes it GPL), code quality (no unit tests, etc) and especially 
dependencies (glib, plus many optional deps like gstreamer, various 
gstreamer plugin packages, farsight, and more to come). Plus it's nice to 
have a completely separate package as an API/ABI test for the main 
library.

Oh well, maybe I'll still ask around and try to find at least one Debian 
user who'd like to use the app -- and only then add it to pkg-voip. ;) I'm 
a known console-mode freak [1], so I might be overestimating the market 
demand for console-mode SIP clients a bit here... :)
