Hi

asterisk-addons have been sitting ready in the side and not getting 
uploaded for quite a while in the 1.2 cycle.

Anyway, I've now fixed asterisk-addons for 1.4 . They appear to be
ready for upload.

The package now has a decent makefile. That makefile does not build
res_sqlite3 (which uses the now deprecated astxs build script). So 
sqlite is anyway on its way into the main asterisk package. If 
there's a dire need for sqlite3 support, we should consider backporting
support for that from trunk into the main asterisk package.
