Hi all,

I am trying to install asterisk (hopefully 1.2) on Dapper. My repositories
are:

deb http://il.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper main
deb http://pkg-voip.buildserver.net/ubuntu dapper main

I find that asterisk needs libpq which is not in these repositories. I think I
am missing something. (the installation was done using debootrap if it
matters).

any ideas? hints?

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  asterisk-classic: Depends: libpq4 (>= 8.1.4) but 8.1.3-4 is to be installed
E: Broken packages
root at turing:/# dpkg -l | grep libpq4
