Hope I didn't confuse anyone with the 1.4.11 reference...

I originally discovered the problem with 1.4.11 and posted to the mailing list and haven't seen any responses to the inquiry. I retested again with 1.4.13 and still can't get SNMP working.

This bug report is a copy of that message to the mailing list.
