Bug#446915: Allow user to build opal with iLBC codec from upstream source

Package: opal
Version: 2.2.11~dfsg1
Severity: wishlist
I would like for users to be able to build opal with iLBC support from
upstream source, when they know they are in compliance with the
licensing terms. Since this means strictly local builds, not to be
uploaded to the archive, I believe this doesn't affect DFSG policy at
all. Enabling this would mean much less work for users in making sure
their version of the opal lib works with Debian packages. If there is
any interest in this idea, I am willing to help create a patch.
Cheers,
Alain
