Patch to remove bits/atomicity.h from libcommoncpp2 for GCC 4.2

Hi David,

as bits/atomicity.h is an internal header it's not supposed to be
included by any library/program. As libcommoncpp2 can be compiled just
fine without it and configuration does aparently not needed anyway,
we needed to remove it with this patch[1] to fix Debian bugs #439117 and
#441163)[2, 3]. Please sync back this patch upstream to help us resolve
this problem permanently. You may also want to eliminate the
bits/wordsize part.

If you've got any further questions, please don't hesitate to mail us.

Thanks!
