OpenH323 status on Debian and packaging OpenH323+

Hello,

Unstable means a lot of things, like for example unstable API.
I don't feel that if they come up with a new version at every 2 months i 
should spend huge amount of time to figure out what is modified. Like 
I've mention in my previous e-mail there are different requirements for 
enterprise systems, and I've also mention our project position.
Also from the irc you can see this:

This phase mention very clear, "needs to evolve into" which means is not 
yet stable.
