Hi Jairo,

We aren't planning on releasing asterisk 1.4 in etch.

The next release of the stable branch will be lenny which will contain 
asterisk 1.4, or you can access the pre-release packages from the lenny 
testing distribution. Or you could possibly port asterisk/lenny to etch.
