CVE-2007-4897 fix for pwlib/-titan

Hi,
does anyone know why CVE-2007-4897[0] is not yet fixed in 
unstable? I remember Kilian told me that there was a 
transition ongoing and that's why he didn't want to upload 
to unstable (I might be wrong with that, some time passed in 
the meatime).

I don't get any answer from Kilian that's why I am mailing 
this list now about the status. Does anyone know more?
