We didn't prepare a report -- we are a pretty small team most of us 
attended the meeting.

Basically, we had a bug squashing session, a session when we all became 
familiar with every package, we went through the list of packages from 
our repository and evaluated their status etc.

I'm not sure that any of these could fit in your report, but I'd be glad 
to help you in any way I can.
