uupdate of asterisk on sid

So far I've wrapped my head around a few of the patches from sid to upstream.  
the hack-multiple-app-voicemail is elusive to me.  I'm using 
asterisk-1.6.0-beta4 to test some things out on a dev box.  I'd be happy to 
contrib updated patches after I get it working.

Has all the C_MODS and CC_MODS logic moved into Makefile.moddir_rules making 
this patch unnecessary?
