Build of zaptel-modules 1.4.9 fails with m-a under linux 2.6.24

I'm aware of that, and trying to fix that. Generally, the structure of
the source tarball has changed.

BTW: if you happen to use a device with an FXO module, chances are you
should get 1.4.9.2 .
