Differences between libpri1.2 and libpri1.0?

Hi!

Since my upgrade from Asterisk 1.2 to 1.4 and libpri1.2 (1.2.4) to 
libpri1.0 (1.4.2) I have the following problem with my analogue phone 
which is connected via an A-D converter to a HFC ISDN card using the 
zaphfc zaptel driver and bristuff patches. I can use the phone to make 
a call (since the overlapdial bug was fixed), if the the phone is ringing 
and I don’t pick up the call in the first few seconds, the caller gets 
suddenly the busy signal. If I am fast enough, everything works as 
expected.

Doing a downgrade to libpri1.2 the problem vanishes.

Any ideas what can cause the problem?
