pkg-voip etch backports on buildserver.net

Hi!

Has the pkg-voip team noticed that the Packages files on the etch
backports repository appear to be out of date? I sent a mail to Kilian
Krause a few days ago:

Is there a problem with some dependencies or architectures? I can't
quite see why nothing has been updated in a while.
